The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) required a fully automated boardroom setup at their Abuja headquarters to facilitate strategic meetings, policy briefings, and inter-agency collaborations. They needed a modern solution that would support video conferencing, multimedia presentations, and centralized room control, all with a user-friendly interface.
Systems Intelligenz Limited was engaged to design and install a smart boardroom AV solution that would elevate their communication capabilities and reflect the organization’s high-level professionalism.
Client’s Challenge
Prior to this project, NCS faced several boardroom technology limitations:
Disconnected AV systems that required multiple remotes and manual switching
Inconsistent audio output and feedback issues during internal and virtual meetings
No centralized control of lighting, displays, or environmental settings
Difficulty connecting with remote stakeholders using legacy video conferencing tools
These issues slowed meeting efficiency and did not meet the digital standards expected in today’s public sector governance.

We took a turnkey approach, starting with a full audit of the boardroom layout, acoustic profile, and network infrastructure. Our team designed and installed a fully integrated system that included:

Professional-grade video conferencing setup integrated with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Automated lighting and motorized blinds for optimal visual comfort during presentations
Wireless presentation capabilities for seamless laptop-to-screen casting
Ceiling-mounted microphones and hidden cabling for clean aesthetics and consistent audio
