Presentation Room AV Integration – NNPC
about project
NNPC commissioned Systems Intelligenz Limited to design and implement a modern presentation room within its headquarters in Abuja. The room was to serve as a multi-functional space for executive briefings, investor presentations, inter-departmental meetings, and virtual collaborations.
The goal was to build an environment that could handle high-definition visuals, dynamic audio, and smooth hybrid conferencing, all within a professional, technology-enhanced setting.
Client’s Challenge
NNPC previously relied on a basic setup that lacked modern presentation capabilities and video conferencing integration. Their main challenges included:
Outdated projection equipment with poor image resolution
Inadequate sound distribution and frequent audio feedback
No centralized control system for AV, lighting, or displays
Difficulty connecting with remote stakeholders in real-time
Manual setup delays that disrupted the flow of meetings
The client needed a future-proof solution that would elevate presentation quality, reduce technical disruptions, and support hybrid meeting formats.
Our approach and solution
Our engineering team conducted a full technical assessment and designed a custom AV system tailored to the room’s layout, lighting, and acoustics.
We implemented:
High-resolution laser projector with large projection screen for crystal-clear visuals
Professional audio system with ceiling speakers and digital sound processor for even, feedback-free sound
Integrated video conferencing system compatible with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Touch-panel room control system to manage audio, lighting, input switching, and blinds
Wireless presentation tools for seamless content sharing from any device
Smart lighting scenes pre-configured for different presentation modes (briefing, collaboration, remote calls)
The entire system was designed for ease of use, with minimal staff training required.
