TotalEnergies Nigeria commissioned Systems Intelligenz Limited to design and install a large-format AV display system in their event and training hall. The objective was to enhance visual communication during corporate presentations, strategy sessions, staff training, and large internal gatherings.
We were tasked with implementing a scalable and immersive AV environment that could support both physical and hybrid events with professional-grade reliability and clarity.
Client’s Challenge
Before the upgrade, the hall had:
Limited projection capacity that didn’t match the size or layout of the venue
Visibility issues for participants seated at the back or side sections
Manual AV control that made transitions during events inefficient
No unified display system for simultaneous or multi-angle viewing
This impacted the effectiveness of presentations and limited the hall’s versatility.
Our approach and solution
We provided a fully integrated solution focused on visibility, automation, and flexibility:
Installation of multiple ceiling-mounted motorized projection screens for multi-directional viewing
Deployment of HD projectors with wide throw ratio and centralized control
Integration of a digital switching system allowing presenters to share content across all screens simultaneously or independently
Clean cable management and ceiling-mounted control boxes for visual harmony
System tested for ambient lighting compatibility and backed with user training

Enhanced visual experience for all attendees, regardless of seating position
Professional, high-impact AV environment ideal for conferences, presentations, and staff engagements
Centralized control system allowed seamless event flow
Positive internal feedback from senior management and event facilitators
